30% of the total amount is charged at the time of the booking
70% of the total amount is charged 30 days prior to arrival
A security deposit equal to one night's stay is due upon arrival and returned at checkout

​Cancellations
No fees are charged for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of booking
For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival date, 30% of the total price will be charged
In case of no show or for cancellations made within a month of the arrival date, the total price of the reservation will be charged

check-in : after 3p.m.
check -out: before 11 a.m.
